“Abu Dhabi has made a significant strategic decision to invest in establishing an advanced aerostructures company that is now called Strata – and our business reflects the ambitions of the Abu Dhabi 2030 plan.

Our vision is to be recognised by the OEMs as the partner of choice for advanced composite aerostructures, and we are proud of what we have achieved in the past two years.

Not only have we Built one of the most advanced aerostructures plants aerostructures facility in the world, we have also Secured a significant amount of aerostructures business; and are Delivering to final assembly lines around the world

Meanwhile, in order to build the local workforce – the future of this business – a great deal of investment has been made in dedicated training facilities here in Al Ain, and today, we are providing intensive training for Emirati male and female apprentice technicians and engineers

We aim to have over 50 per cent of Strata’s workforce to be highly trained and skilled male and female Emirati nationals.”
