Strata manages helicopters on behalf of private clients and family offices, with a remit that runs from acquisition through to daily operation. The work covers aircraft selection, AOC structuring, registry choice and regulatory compliance; crew and maintenance; and, where the owner elects, careful offset costs through charter.

The team founded Halo Aviation in 2007 and, following its acquisition in 2019, lead Flexjet's European rotorcraft division to become the largest and most sophisticated VIP helicopter operation in Europe. Strata's principals remain in active flying practice and hold current UK, EASA and FAA licences.
